Transcriptional changes and RNA expression profiles during ischemia-induced DRP1-mediated macrophage reprogramming

To reveal the molecular mechanisms underlying DRP1-mediated macrophage reprogramming during hypoxia serum starvation (HSS) an in vitro ischemia model, we performed bulk RNA-seq analysis on mouse bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDM) upon HSS-induced DRP1 mediated macrophage reprogramming. Overall design: Transcriptomic (total RNA) expression profiles of wildtype (WT) and DRP1 Knock-out (DRP1-KO) BMDM after 8 h of HSS ( in vitro ischemia) stimulation were compared by RNA-seq.
