The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan "Ortsmitte Süd - 1. Änderung" of the municipality Leibertingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Parts of the provisions in the B-Plan have been amended.区划规划（BPL）包含了城市规划秩序所需的具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为依据制定。 本次可用数据集为莱贝廷根（Leibertingen）市镇采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的开发规划《南镇区中心——第1次修订（Ortsmitte Süd - 1. Änderung）》。 说明：该B-Plan中的部分条款已完成修订。
