EKSISTENSI BUZZER TERHADAP PROSES DAN PRAKTIK POLITIK DI ERA DIGITAL

ABSTRACT Buzzer is one of the actors who has its own role and purpose that has been coordinated by a person orgroup of people to provide or disseminate certain information to guide an opinion and aim to influenceothers. Now, almost all activity processes require the help of buzzers to convince many people of something.Political processes and practices have now involved the presence of buzzers as a means of distributinginformation, promotion, and opinions. So that the mention of buzzers now tends to be negative because therole of buzzers is increasingly uncontrolled, such as carrying out black campaign processes that causeconflicts in society, especially on social media. The presence of buzzers in political activities is veryinfluential, one of which was seen in the 2024 General Election and Regional Elections. It can be seen thatnow buzzers tend to have a negative impact on political processes. Keywords: buzzer, politics, opinion摘要 水军（buzzer）是一类具备专属角色与目标的行动者，由个人或群体统筹协调，旨在传播特定信息以引导舆论、影响他人。当下几乎所有活动环节都需借助水军来说服大众接纳某一观点。当前政治活动与实践已将水军作为信息分发、宣传与观点传递的载体。由于水军的角色愈发失范，例如在社交媒体上开展抹黑式宣传活动、引发社会冲突，因此当下提及水军往往带有负面色彩。政治活动中的水军影响不容小觑，2024年大选与地方选举即可见一斑，可见当前水军多对政治进程产生负面影响。 关键词：水军（buzzer）、政治、舆论
