Origianl bigWig files from ATACseq

All files were normalized. Although all ATACseq bigWig files were initially normalized as RPKM, strong batch effects were still detected during heatmap generation. To better compare samples, the experiments were further scaled. All samples within the same experiment were scaled to a certain scale factor and converted to new bigWig files, named with the ".bw" extension to differentiate them from the originals. The scale function and scale factors were also uploaded to GitHub as "scale_bigwigs.sh". The original records and accession IDs can be found in the "original_data_collection.csv" file from this project and in the manuscript. "E" stands for experiment.<br>

所有文件均已完成归一化处理。尽管所有ATACseq的bigWig格式文件最初已按RPKM（Reads Per Kilobase per Million mapped reads，每百万比对reads每千碱基片段数）完成归一化，但在热图生成环节仍检测到显著的批次效应。为便于样本间的比较分析，本次实验进一步对样本进行了缩放处理：同一实验项下的所有样本均被缩放至特定缩放因子，并转换为新的bigWig格式文件，以".bw"作为文件扩展名以区分原始文件。缩放函数及所用缩放因子已以"scale_bigwigs.sh"为名上传至GitHub平台。原始记录及登录号可在本项目的"original_data_collection.csv"文件以及相关手稿中查阅。文中"E"代表实验（experiment）。
