Microbial ecology of seasoned dried seafood

The present study was conducted to identify the microbiome of retail seasoned dried seafood products (seasoned dried squid and seasoned dried filefish) using 16S rRNA gene sequencing. From March 2022 to March 2023, 146 samples were collected from supermarkets, open-air markets, and online platforms in South Korea.
