The performance of bioreactor normally had a close relationship of the microbial community structure in it. From the above it had already been known that pre-loading glucose this an potential way to realize higher immobilization efficiency and C&N utilization of the microbial community on BEAC. However, how was the microbial community structure like and whether artificially immobilized nitrifiers still existed at the end of operation still remained unknown. Here the microbial community structure in two groups was tested by Illumina sequencing to figure out the influence of pre-loaded glucose on it.
