Candida auris strains isolated from patients hospitalized at Policlinico Sant'Orsola-Malpighi in Bologna, Italy.Sequencing performed using both Illumina iSeq 100 and Oxford Nanopore MinION systems.Genome assembly based on long reads carried out with Flye 2.9.1.Polish performed using long reads with Medaka 1.6.1 and short reads with Polypolish 0.5.0.Antifungal susceptibility tests revealed high MIC values for fluconazole.
