Transcriptomic analysis of the complex stress regulated Bupleurum chinense

The mechanism of secondary metabolism formation in medicinal plants under the combined effect of multiple environmental factors is not known. The present study reveals the transcriptomic changes in Bupleurum chinense under the combined stress of drought and temperature, which is valuable for further understanding how the environment affects secondary metabolism formation.
