Swish was used by more than 8.9 million Swedes in total, as of May 2023. Roughly 8.6 million accounts were private, while around 303,500 were business accounts. The number of trade accounts was 22,400. The average number of Swish transactions per customer was 10.21 that month. Value of transactions         The average value per Swish transaction in Sweden as of May 2023 was 500 Swedish kronor. The average value per transaction of private accounts was 619 Swedish kronor, while it was 364 Swedish kronor for business accounts. Online shopping payment among Swedes         Swish ranked second among the most popular online shopping payment methods in Sweden in 2021. 52 percent of the respondents in a survey conducted in 2021 used Swish. In contrast, 57 percent used debit or credit cards.
