Data from: Shade trees preserve avian insectivore biodiversity on coffee farms in a warming climate

Includes a dataset of avian insectivore occurance data from 77 avian insectivores from 1970 to 2018 used in "Shade trees preserve avian insectivore biodiversity on coffee farms in a warming climate" downloaded from GBIF. Also included are full Maxent models and raster projections for the best selected model for each species for all climate scenarios, as well as a file on which threshold was selected for each species. Also included is all R code used to generate the results, coffee farm locations where bird richness was estimated, and iButton temperature files.

本数据集包含1970年至2018年间77种食虫鸟类的出现记录数据，相关支撑研究为《遮荫树在变暖气候下保护咖啡农场的食虫鸟类生物多样性》（Shade trees preserve avian insectivore biodiversity on coffee farms in a warming climate），数据从全球生物多样性信息机构（Global Biodiversity Information Facility，GBIF）下载获取。此外，数据集还包含针对各物种筛选出的最优模型在所有气候情景下的完整最大熵模型（Maxent）及栅格投影文件，以及各物种所选用阈值的相关说明文件。同时，数据集还涵盖了生成该研究结果所需的全部R代码、用于估算鸟类物种丰富度的咖啡农场点位数据，以及iButton温度记录文件。
