Sediment chemistry data and fish tissue data from Cottonwood Bay in Dallas, TX were evaluated as a line of evidence to support monitored natural recovery as an appropriate and effective remedy for the site. The data demonstrate burial and isolation of sediment contaminants, decreasing surface sediment contaminant levels over time, and decreasing temporal trends in fish tissue PCB concentrations.
