Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans is a facultative anaerobic Gram-negative bacterium and is one of the pathogens for periodontitis, especially aggressive periodontitis. In this study, we investigated genes expression of strain HK1651 grown in serum compared with the strain in general medium by RNA-seq.
