Deer - Encounter

Data for deer at the encounter scale. Each line refers to a location, but latitudes and longitudes have been removed so that the exact locations of tracked animals is hidden. Case refers to whether each location was used or available. Other columns are resource values at that location. LC refers to the landcover classificationhummod refers to the degree of human modificationdistwat refers to the distance to major water sourceroaddist refers to the distance to the nearest road.coyote refers to the value for the coyote RSF.hunt refers to the hunting classification.

该数据集为遭遇尺度下的鹿类数据。每行对应一个采样点位，为隐藏追踪动物的精确位置，已移除全部经纬度信息。Case用于标识该点位属于被利用点位还是可用点位。其余列均为该点位的资源特征值，各字段含义如下：LC（Landcover Classification，土地覆盖分类）表示该点位的土地覆盖类型；hummod表示该点位的人类活动干扰程度；distwat表示该点位至主要水源的距离；roaddist表示该点位至最近道路的距离；coyote表示郊狼资源选择函数（Resource Selection Function, RSF）的对应计算值；hunt表示该点位的狩猎管控类别。
