Modeling of fibrotic lung disease using 3D organoids derived from human pluripotent stem cells

The primary data of IL11 Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) measured on day 25, 29, 33, 36 and 40 of lung organoid cell culture media from HPS1 deficient and parental R2 lines (Chen YW et. al, 2017) according to manufacturer’s protocol (#EHIL11: Invitrogen, Frederick, MD). The total cell culture protein content was measured by Pierce BCA Protein assay (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Rockford, IL)
