In ion cyclotron wave heating, sheath power dissipation is an important form of power loss at the boundary. The analysis of sheath power dissipation in RF sheath is of great significance for improving ion cyclotron wave heating. To solve this problem, a one-dimensional collision free RF sheath program is developed. The program is based on the RF sheath model established by Edelberg and Aydil in 1999 and is written in matlab software. The program can be applied to a wide range of RF frequencies and the case of ions containing multiple components. However, if the disturbance current exceeds 3500A, attention should be paid to the instability caused by the time step. Then the sheath power dissipation is calculated according to the formula proposed by Bures. The results of this program support published articles [An, Ou, and Men, Plasma Sci. Technol. 22 (2020) 065103]
在离子回旋波加热过程中,鞘层功率耗散是边界区域功率损耗的重要形式。针对射频鞘层(Radio Frequency sheath)的鞘层功率耗散开展分析,对于优化离子回旋波加热效果具有重要意义。为解决该问题,本研究开发了一款一维无碰撞射频鞘层程序。该程序基于Edelberg与Aydil于1999年提出的射频鞘层模型,采用MATLAB语言编写,可适用于宽范围射频频率场景以及包含多组分离子的工况。但当扰动电流超过3500安时,需注意由时间步长引发的不稳定性问题。随后可依据Bures提出的公式计算鞘层功率耗散。本程序的计算结果已支撑已发表论文[An、Ou与Men,《等离子体科学与技术(Plasma Sci. Technol.)》,2020年,第22卷,065103]。
