Investigating the Influence of Fast Thermal Changes on Heart Rate, Anxiety Levels and Comfort

The data collection here consists of heart rate mean data, STAI ratings and questionnaire data (and the converted comfort ratings as extra file), as well as the R project used for statistical evaluation and the html of the results of said statistical evaluation. The data was used to evaluate the influence of fast thermal changes on heart rate and self-reported anxiety levels, as well as comfort ratings.

本数据集涵盖如下内容：平均心率数据、STAI评分（State-Trait Anxiety Inventory）与问卷数据（另附转换后的舒适度评分数据作为额外文件），同时包含用于统计分析的R项目脚本，以及上述统计分析结果对应的HTML报告文件。本数据集被用于评估快速温度变化对心率、自我报告焦虑水平及舒适度评分的影响。
