Comparative Morphometric Analysis of Corneal Endothelium Before and After Transplantation Using Voronoi Segmentation

This study reports a novel comparative ex vivo and in vivo analysis of the morphometric changes in corneal endothelium pre- and post-transplantation.Images of ex vivo corneal donor tissue pre-transplantation were compared with post-transplant in vivo confocal microscope (IVCM) images of the same tissue. These images were calibrated and analysed using Voronoi segmentation evaluating cell size, shape, and phase.
