Software for Calculating the Generalized Distillation Limit and Distillation Boundaries

The software is designed to calculate the Generalized Distillation Limit (GDL), Pitchfork Distillation Boundary (PDB), Total Reflux Boundary (TRB), and Feed Distillation Line (FDL) for continuous distillation in trayed columns with a single feed and the products in the form of a saturated liquid or vapor. The GDL and the distillation boundaries demarcate, among others, the feasible separation region for a given feed composition and its thermodynamic state. The software is written in Matlab. Its use is described in the manual, and Excel files with sample data are attached.

本软件可针对单进料、产物为饱和液体或蒸气的板式塔连续精馏过程，计算广义蒸馏极限（Generalized Distillation Limit, GDL）、叉形蒸馏边界（Pitchfork Distillation Boundary, PDB）、全回流边界（Total Reflux Boundary, TRB）以及进料蒸馏线（Feed Distillation Line, FDL）。广义蒸馏极限与蒸馏边界可划定给定进料组成及其热力学状态对应的可行分离区域等核心蒸馏边界与区域。本软件采用Matlab编写，使用方法详见配套手册，同时附带了包含示例数据的Excel文件。
