Additional file 11: Table S10. Significantly enriched GO terms and KEGG pathways for the trait-related modules genes in the hypothalamus (a), liver (b) and duodenum mucosa (c). The data provide GO terms and KEGG pathways with an adjusted P value lower than 0.05 for genes harbored in the WGCNA modules that are correlated with daily feed intake and residual feed intake.
