Generation and external validation of a histological transformation risk model for patients with follicular lymphoma

This study aimed to validate a genetic risk model to predict follicular transformation to aggressive B-cell lymphoma. We have generated and validated a clinicogenetic HT predictive model, including FLIPI and the presence of mutations in KMT2D, HIST1H1E, and TNFSR14, which might help identify patients at higher risk of transformation and select the appropriate clinical management for these patients.
