Cultural monuments are protected by law and must be entered in a register, the so-called list of monuments. The owners concerned will be notified of the inclusion in the list of monuments. At the same time, the list of monuments is published here and updated weekly. The list of monuments is not exhaustive, but is constantly reviewed, supplemented and cleaned up. All ‘cultural monuments of particular importance’ previously entered in the old ‘memorial book’ under the Monument Protection Act of before 2015 have been automatically included in the new list of monuments, but their representations have not yet been finally updated (description, scope of protection). The lists of districts are divided into alphabetical series of their municipalities and within the municipalities (and non-district cities) by - Monument areas - Populations - Majorities of construction works - Buildings (individual monuments) - Parts of structures - Grounds - Movable cultural monuments - Other cultural monuments文化古迹（Cultural Monuments）受法律保护，且必须纳入登记名册，即所谓的古迹名录（List of Monuments）。相关所有权人将收到其所有物被纳入该古迹名录的通知。与此同时，本平台将发布该古迹名录，并每周进行更新。该古迹名录并非穷尽式收录，而是持续开展审核、增补与清理工作。 此前依据2015年之前的《古迹保护法》（Monument Protection Act）被纳入旧版「纪念名录」的所有「特别重要文化古迹（Cultural Monuments of Particular Importance）」，均已自动纳入新版古迹名录，但其相关信息的表述（包括描述内容、保护范围）尚未完成最终更新。 各行政区名录按其下辖的市镇以字母顺序编排，并在市镇（及无区辖市）范围内，按以下类别进行分类： - 古迹保护区（Monument Areas） - 人口聚居区（Populations） - 建筑工程集中片区（Majorities of Construction Works） - 单体建筑（单个古迹）(Buildings (Individual Monuments)) - 构筑物部件（Parts of Structures） - 场地用地（Grounds） - 可移动文化古迹（Movable Cultural Monuments） - 其他文化古迹（Other Cultural Monuments）
