Data and Code for "Functional traits and introduction pathways shaping the distribution pattern of non-native freshwater fish in China"

This repository contains the dataset and R code supporting a study on how functional traits and introduction pathways influence the distribution patterns of non-native freshwater fish in China. The data includes independent measurements of 16 morphological traits for 177 species, as well as life-history and behavioral traits synthesized from FishBase and GBIF, and categorized species grouping data based on introduction sources. The provided R scripts offer a complete pipeline for PCoA functional space construction, hypervolume analysis, and statistical testing (e.g., Chi-squared and Kruskal-Wallis tests), enabling the full reproduction of all figures presented in the manuscript.本仓库包含支撑一项研究的数据集与R代码，该研究聚焦于功能性状与引入路径如何影响中国外来淡水鱼类的分布格局。本次数据集包含177个物种的16项形态学性状独立测量值，同时涵盖从FishBase与GBIF整合得到的生活史与行为性状，以及基于引入来源划分的物种分组数据。所提供的R脚本提供了一套完整的分析流程，可实现主坐标分析（Principal Coordinates Analysis, PCoA）功能空间构建、超体积分析以及统计检验（如卡方检验与克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯检验），能够完整复现论文手稿中展示的全部图表。
