To investigate the effect of MPTP processing on intestinal flora composition, we characterized changes in the composition of the intestinal flora in feces samples from the same batch of C57BL/6 mice by 16S rRNA sequencing. We took 3 batches of samplesto analyze the flora composition at different time points, including the day before the MPTP treatment, the 3rd day of the treatment, and the 7th day after the treatment.
