Raw reads and assembled sequence of Inverse PCR products

This is the supporting data for inverse PCR testing the formation of circular intermediates. The .ab1 and .fasta files can be accessed using the software BioEdit.exe.To further explore the recombination region of segment 1, segment 2 and segment 3, please align the assembled sequences against pEFM9-1 (accessed by NCBI Accession Number: CP098744.1) using online BLASTn strategy.

本数据集为验证环状中间体形成的反向PCR（inverse PCR）配套实验支撑数据。其中.ab1格式与.fasta格式文件可通过BioEdit.exe软件读取查看。若需进一步探究片段1、片段2与片段3的重组区域，请将组装后的序列与NCBI登录号CP098744.1对应的pEFM9-1序列进行比对，可采用在线BLASTn策略。
