These data on the number of operators come from the annual checks that the approved certifying bodies carry out on farms and processing companies engaged in organic distribution. **Geographical accuracy** The data are aggregated at municipal level: Insee code of the municipality of the site of activity or in the absence of the place of business. **Operator data** Number of operators per municipality, or failing that by postal code.
