TCR repertoire diversity is a major determinant of disease prognosis after viral infection. Several studies have shown that highly diverse TCR repertoires play an important role in defense against a wide range of antigens. I To verify whether spike-specific CD8+ T cells induced by WT-type mRNA vaccines cross-react at the TCR clone level against the Omicron strain, TCR-seq was performed on spike-specific CD8+ T cells.
