全球海洋生物多样性及环境因子数据库（更新至2021.9）

该数据是全球海洋生物多样性数据集。数据集融合了OBIS和GBIF中的海洋生物发生数据，包含生物发生数据2亿条，采样站点1.22亿条，覆盖年份1600-2021年，并精简站点数据为必要的深度、经纬度和时间要素。同时，为要素完整的采样站点数据，补充了采样时的温度、盐度、海流、叶绿素、硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硅酸盐、溶解氧、净初级生产力、溶解铁、二氧化碳分压、ph值、浮游植物摩尔浓度共13个环境数据，环境数据来源为哥白尼数据中心。

This is a global marine biodiversity dataset. It integrates marine species occurrence data from OBIS and GBIF, containing 200 million occurrence records and 122 million sampling site records, covering the period from 1600 to 2021. The sampling site data has been streamlined to retain only the essential attributes: depth, latitude, longitude, and collection timestamp. For sampling site records with complete attributes, 13 in-situ environmental variables measured at the time of sampling were supplemented, including temperature, salinity, ocean currents, chlorophyll concentration, nitrate, phosphate, silicate, dissolved oxygen, net primary productivity, dissolved iron, partial pressure of carbon dioxide, pH value, and phytoplankton molar concentration. All these environmental data are sourced from the Copernicus Data Center.
