Pyramidobacter sp. strain YE332 genome sequencing

Pyramidobacter sp. strain YE332 was isolated from a continuous batch fermentation of bovine rumen fluid maintained under anaerobic conditions and supplied with Leucaena cv Cunningham leaf material. This isolate is representative of the phylum Synergistota and may play a role in protein degradation within the rumen.
