To explore the effect of exogenous sugar on the transcriptional regulation of cucumber under salt stress, the materials of Xintaimici and Jinyou 1 were used in a pot experiment in the laboratory. Six treatments were set up: control (CK), salt treatment (S), Glc pretreatment (G), Suc pretreatment (T), salt treatment after Glc pretreatment (G+S), and salt treatment after Suc pretreatment (T+S). Therefore, five groups of data analysis were set up: S_vs_CK, Glu_vs_CK, Suc_vs_CK, SucS_vs_S and GluS_vs_S. DESeq was used to analyze the differences in gene expression and screen the differentially expressed genes.
