Single-cell and bulk RNA-seq of human tumor-benign prostate adenocarinoma samples

Here we performed a detailed characterization of prostate cancer (PCa) tumor endothelial cells (TEC) in order to delineate intercellular crosstalk between TEC and the TME. Overall design: TEC from PCa patients were studied by multi-omic ex vivo characterization and orthogonal validation of TEC functions and key markers by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). In order to identify targetable cell-cell interactions in TEC, we used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) to catalogue cell types in the TME. Targtes were cross validated either by publicly available dataset or by a xenograft mouse model.
