Vision is required for the formation of binocular neurons prior to the classical critical period

Data include kernels and SNR values for neurons in Tan et al., "Vision is required for the formation of binocular neurons prior to the classical criticalperiod", Current Biology, 2021. For all data except longitudinal, each row is a neuron, the first column represents the contra eye, the second column represents the ipsi eye. Longitudinal data is organized by cells, days and eyes, contra and ipsi eye data are organized in the same order. P14 drifting grating data are also included.本数据集涵盖Tan等人2021年发表于《Current Biology》（《当代生物学》）的论文《经典关键期前双眼神经元的形成依赖视觉功能》（原英文标题："Vision is required for the formation of binocular neurons prior to the classical critical period"）中记录的神经元核函数（kernels）与信噪比（SNR, Signal-to-Noise Ratio）数据。除纵向数据集外，其余数据均以单神经元为行单元，第一列对应对侧眼（contralateral eye）数据，第二列对应同侧眼（ipsilateral eye）数据。纵向数据以细胞、实验天数及眼别进行组织，对侧眼与同侧眼的数据排列顺序保持一致。此外，本数据集还包含出生后第14天（Postnatal day 14, P14）的漂移光栅（drifting grating）实验数据。
