Pseudamara arenaria kww998 CLC de novo assembly

This assembly was built using CLC Genomics Workbench v. 8.5.1 and the default de novo assembly options after using CLC's default trimming of the input reads. The input data consisted of 150-base paired-end Illumina HiSeq 3000 reads and were imported into CLC as paired-end reads. The raw reads are accessible through the NCBI Sequence Read Archive with the accession number SRP073745.

本组装系采用CLC基因组工作台（CLC Genomics Workbench）v.8.5.1构建完成，在使用CLC默认流程对输入测序读段（reads）进行序列修剪后，调用其默认的从头组装（de novo assembly）参数完成组装。输入数据为150碱基长度的双端Illumina HiSeq 3000测序读段，并以双端读段的形式导入至CLC基因组工作台中。原始测序读段可通过美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）序列读段档案（Sequence Read Archive）获取，其登录号为SRP073745。
