Thermal avalanches supplementary information

(1) \verb#lammps# folder contains source files with modified LAMMPS modules \verb#bond_bpm# and \verb#bond_bpm_spring#, and new LAMMPS module \verb#bond_table_statehistory#, as well as a short compilation instruction. Note that we tested and used these modules only with LAMMPS version 2Aug2023. Using it with other versions may require code modification and testing. (2) \verb#example.zip# archive contains and example of input and output files. \verb#bistable_pot.txt# stands for the tabulated bistable bond potential, \verb#N40K-init-quench-LJ10-T1to0.001-Fm0.00_stage5_trial0_t30k.dat# contains the initial configuration of the network we used, and \verb#N40K-compress-LJ10-T0.001-F0.61-damp4.0-trial31_t6M.lam# demonstrates a run script. Other \verb#.dat# files correspond to output system configurations at different simulation times. \verb#.lammpstrj# file contains regular time interval trajectory, and \verb#.swaps# file contains precise recordings of bond snaps that occur.
