The Impact of Building Retrofit for Energy Poverty Vulnerability Reduction in Portugal

Percentage change in Winter Energy Poverty Vulnerability after roof, wall and bundle (roof+wall) retrofit, and in Summer Energy Poverty Vulnerability, after window retrofit, estimated using the EPVI (Gouveia et al., 2019), for the whole building stock of all civil parishes in Portugal.
