MRC5 cells were infected with temperature sensitive ICP4 HSV-1 (tsKos) at an MOI of 10 PFU/cell for six hours. Samples were grown at permissive (34), nonpermissive (39.6) or shifted up at 4 hpi from permissive to nonpermissive. ChIP-Seq for Pol II was performed. Illumina libraries were constructed for the IP and input material. Illumina sequencing was carried out at Tufts University Core Facility using HiSeq 2500 to generate 50 bp single-end reads.
