This series consists of term summaries of the activities of the Clubs by the State Organiser. It includes information on projects, schemes, and social activities undertaken, and staffing matters. The series is incomplete.  The reports covered issues raised by the clubs that were presented at term meetings with input from supervisors at the district level.  Issues raised include the important of projects for the girls within the clubs, the interest in the "star" junior farmer award, the role and challenges of advisory committees along withy some of the activities and initiatives occurring.1954, 1956-57, 1959-62 (10/31678.1). 1 bundle.
