Data for: TRIM21 post-translationally regulates cytoplasmic APOBEC3 enzymes

This file contains all raw data reported in the manuscript, organized by figure.

Each subfolder contains raw Western blotting images, Empiria studio Western blot image analyses with points quantified highlighted, raw infectivity values and calculations, raw qPCR data and calculations, and raw p24 values with calculations. 

Western blot file titles indicate date run, cell type, loading order, and antibody probe used. 

Empiria Studio analysis files show images analyzed, bands analyzed, and resulting signal values.

Western blot calculation files contain loading control and target protein signal values.

qPCR files contain CT values for internal control (18s) and gene targets in triplicate. qPCR calculation files show resulting RQ values obtained from 2^-ΔΔCT analysis.

P24 files show average pg/mL values, standard deviation, and coefficient of variance for each sample. Calculations are for % change in p24 production.

Infectivity files show plate layouts and raw luciferase signal for each sample in triplicate. Calculations show infectivity relative to control normalized to 100%.

蛋白质免疫印迹计算文件包含内参蛋白与靶蛋白的信号强度数值。
qPCR文件包含内参基因（18s）及靶基因的三次重复实验的循环阈值（CT值）；qPCR计算文件则展示通过2^-ΔΔCT分析法得到的最终相对定量（RQ）数值。
p24文件展示每个样本的平均pg/mL数值、标准差及变异系数，计算数据用于体现p24生成量的百分比变化。
感染性文件展示酶标板布局及每个样本三次重复实验的原始荧光素酶信号值；计算数据用于展示相对于对照组的感染性水平（已归一化至100%）。
