ANANSE: trained model based on enhancers created using REMAP peaks.

This contains all trained models to predict TF binding using ANANSE in a set of putative enhancers (human genome version hg38; https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4066424).本数据集包含所有经训练的模型，可借助ANANSE工具在一系列推定增强子区域中预测转录因子（Transcription Factor）结合事件，对应人类基因组版本hg38；相关DOI链接为https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4066424。
