Plans for the Management of the Reservoirs of the Community of Madrid

Demarcation of areas with specific rules of the Reservoir Management Plan, according to Law 7/1990 of 28 June on the Protection of Wet Reservoirs and Areas, which in Article 5.2 states that “Each reservoir included in the Catalogue shall have its corresponding Management Plan” comprises the following reservoirs: Pinilla, Riosequillo, Puentes Viejas, El Villar, El Atazar, Pedrezuela, Navacerrada, La Jarosa, Valmayor, Los Arroyos and Picadas.The reservoirs of El Pardo, San Juan and Santillana do not have POE. The POE were approved on 5 July 2002 in Decrees 111 to 121.依据1990年6月28日颁布的第7/1990号《湿地水库及保护区域保护法》，其第5.2条款明确规定："纳入名录的每座水库均需配套制定相应管理计划"。本数据集涉及的水库管理计划特定规则区域划定工作涵盖以下水库：皮尼利亚（Pinilla）水库、里奥塞基略（Riosequillo）水库、旧桥（Puentes Viejas）水库、埃尔维利亚尔（El Villar）水库、埃尔阿塔萨尔（El Atazar）水库、佩德雷苏埃拉（Pedrezuela）水库、纳瓦塞拉达（Navacerrada）水库、拉哈罗萨（La Jarosa）水库、巴尔马约尔（Valmayor）水库、洛斯阿罗约斯（Los Arroyos）水库及皮卡达斯（Picadas）水库。埃尔帕尔多（El Pardo）水库、圣胡安（San Juan）水库与桑蒂利亚纳（Santillana）水库未配备运营许可文件（POE）。该POE已于2002年7月5日通过第111至121号法令获批。
