Reproducibility package for: An Empirical Audit of Low-End Eigenvalue Profiles in Oscillatory Gram Matrices from Zeta-Zero and GUE Windows

This archive provides the data, code, numerical outputs, figures, and provenance metadata supporting the manuscript "An Empirical Audit of Low-End Eigenvalue Profiles in Oscillatory Gram Matrices from Zeta-Zero and GUE Windows". It includes zeta-window processing scripts, Riemann--von Mangoldt unfolding scripts, random-matrix control generation scripts, calibration-audit outputs, retained eigenvalue-profile outputs, figure-generation scripts, and the clean D3 oscillation-scale audit files. The manuscript LaTeX source is not included in this public archive; the manuscript source is submitted separately through the journal submission system. Raw zeta-zero ordinates are treated as external input data and are not redistributed in this archive; acquisition and provenance notes are included.
