ITS_LSU_XANTH_VIETNAM_ALLIGNMENT.fas

Allignment of the philogenies includes of fifty-four (54) specimens representing 27 species of Xanthagaricus and two species of Micropsalliota Höhn. and Hymenagaricus Heinem. as an out-group. In this study, six nrITS and six nrLSU sequences were generated from 5 specimens collected in Central and Southern Vietnam. The final combined dataset encompasss 1, 262 base pairs, where nrITS comprised 551 pairs, and nrLSU – 711 pairs.
