BAT total RNA from the CICA and CTRL groups (n= 4 rats per group) was extracted, using TM miRNA extraction kit #TR205-200 following the manufacturer’s instructions and checked for a RIN number to inspect RNA integrity by an Agilent 4200 TapeStation (Agilent technologies, Santa Clara, CA, US).Qualified total RNA was further purified by RNAClean XP Kit (Cat A63987, Beckman Coulter,Inc.Kraemer Boulevard Brea, CA,USA)and RNase-Free DNase Set (Cat#79254, QIAGEN, GmBH, Germany). 8 samples RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) assays were performed. C1-C4 are samples in the control group while S1-S4 are samples in the CICAl group.本研究提取了CICA组与对照组（CTRL）大鼠的棕色脂肪组织（Brown Adipose Tissue，BAT）总RNA，每组各4只大鼠。实验严格遵循试剂盒说明书，采用TM miRNA提取试剂盒（货号#TR205-200）完成总RNA提取，并通过美国加利福尼亚州圣克拉拉市安捷伦科技公司的Agilent 4200 TapeStation系统检测RNA完整性数值（RNA Integrity Number，RIN）以评估RNA完整性。经质检合格的总RNA进一步通过RNAClean XP纯化试剂盒（货号A63987，美国贝克曼库尔特公司，地址：加利福尼亚州布雷亚市克莱默大道）以及无RNase DNase试剂盒（货号#79254，德国凯杰（QIAGEN）股份公司）完成纯化。随后对8份样本开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）检测，其中C1-C4为对照组样本，S1-S4为CICA组样本。
