137 differentially expressed circRNA in HCC cells after sorafenib treatment

We treated three HCC cell lines with sorafenib and then performed circRNA sequencing, 137 diffenentially expressed circRNAs were achieved (Fold change≥2, p value&lt;0.05), including 102 up-regulated and 35 down-regulated circRNAs).本研究以索拉非尼处理三株肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）细胞系，随后开展环状RNA（circRNA）测序，最终获得137个差异表达环状RNA（筛选阈值为折叠变化≥2，P值<0.05），其中包含102个上调环状RNA与35个下调环状RNA。
