Zincirli is a multi-period tell in southern Turkey that is best known as the capital of an Iron Age kingdom that flourished from around 900 to 700 BCE. It was first investigated in the late 19th century by a team from the German Orient-Comité and the Berlin Museum. Today it is the home of the Chicago-Tübingen Expedition to Zincirli, a joint project of the University of Chicago's Oriental Institute and the University of Tübingen's Institut für die Kulturen des Alten Orients.
