Knowledge management maturity models: identification of gaps and improvement proposal

Abstract The aim of this paper is to conduct a systematic review of knowledge management maturity models, indicating shortcomings, identifying relevant factors for the models and suggesting improvements. This study can be characterized as a theoretical research based on a systematic literature review. This paper contributed through a review and analysis of existing knowledge management maturity models to bring forth their contributions and drawbacks; the main criticisms and shortcomings of these models and factors relevant to the development of knowledge management maturity were identified, systematic and conceptually, which must be confirmed and explored through empirical research.摘要 本研究旨在对知识管理成熟度模型开展系统性综述，梳理其现存不足，识别该类模型构建的相关影响因素，并提出针对性改进方向。本研究属于基于系统性文献综述的理论研究。本文通过对现有知识管理成熟度模型展开回顾与剖析，阐明其应用价值与局限性；从系统性与概念层面，识别了此类模型的主要批判观点与现存缺陷，以及知识管理成熟度模型开发所需的相关影响因素，上述内容尚需通过实证研究予以验证与拓展。
