16S and ITS rDNA Sequences of the Eviscerated Gut Environment in Holothuria glaberrima

The data provided consist of raw sequence reads of the 16S rDNA gene and the Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) rDNA region, obtained from four distinct regions of the eviscerated gut of Holothuria glaberrima. The sampled regions include the complete digestive system (DS), the washed intestine (WI), the contents from the washed intestine (CW), and the fecal content (FC). The specimens were collected from Pinones Beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This approach provides valuable insights into the microbial diversity and composition within the eviscerated gut environment of H. glaberrima.
