Genotype and phenotype data of three pig breeds (Duroc, Landrace, and Yoreshire)

This dataset contains genome-wide genotype and phenotype data from three commercial pig breeds: Duroc, Landrace, and Large White. The data were collected to investigate the genetic architecture of economically important growth and carcass traits using genome-wide association studies (GWAS) and related genomic analyses.
Genotype data were generated using high-density SNP arrays and underwent standard quality control procedures, including filtering by call rate, minor allele frequency, and Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium. Phenotype data include growth- and carcass-related traits such as average daily gain, backfat thickness, eye muscle area, and age at target body weight.
This dataset is intended to support reproducible research in animal breeding and genetics, and can be used for GWAS, multi-trait analysis, meta-analysis, and integrative analyses such as TWAS and colocalization. All files are organized by breed and data type, and detailed information on file formats and contents is provided in the accompanying README file.
