Each file contains the following data for individual zebrafish larvae. Experiments consisted of three trials of moving, oriented sinusoidal gratings rotated through 360degrees rotated at 30degree intervals (12 directions, 5 second on, 10 seconds between). Each trial lasts 180 seconds. There is 50 seconds between each trial. OSI, DSI and direction preference were not determined for heterozygous fish. coor: cell array with x,y coordinates for each neuron data: N(neuron) x T(time) array containing time series data dif_pref: an array describing the preferred direction for each neuron dsi: an array containing the direction selectivity index for each neuron L_avg: a k(modes) x T(time) array describing the timecourse of each neural mode calculated from trial averaged data L_trial: a cell array containing k(modes) x T(time) arrays describing the timecourse of each neural mode calculated from individual trials. osi: an array containing the orientation selectivity index for each neuron trial_avg: an N(neuron) x T(time) array containing the trial averaged timeseries data trial_data: a cell array containing N(neuron) x T(time) arrays for each trial
