To explore effect of DYRK1A silencing on gene expression of primary cultured cardiomyocytes isolated from 1-day-old SD rats Overall design: Neonatal cardiomyocytes in primary culture were transfected with siRNA against DYRK1A (si-DYRK1A) or scramble siRNA (si-NC) and cultured for 48 h to prepare sample (three biological replicates for each group), and RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) were performed using mRNA extracted from these samples.
