Raw data for Bulk Glass Reinforced Composite Columns Physical Testing Results, Analysis, and Discussion research paper. These are composite columns constructed of polyurethane resin (which naturally bonds to glass, eliminating the need for sizing agents) and bulk glass. The available data is raw data of the load - deflection curves for the sample glass reinforced composite columns. Testing was exclusively compressive as this is the intended design use of these columns. Additionally, finite element models are provided, which were utilized to determine the stresses within the columns at the point of delamination and failure. The finite element models are presented such that the bonding condition can be modified to determine the failure buckling strength condition of both bonded and unbonded columns.

本数据集为《散装玻璃增强复合柱物理测试结果、分析与讨论》研究论文配套原始数据。此类复合柱以聚氨酯树脂与散装玻璃为原料制成,该树脂可与玻璃实现天然结合,无需额外使用上浆剂。现有数据为受试玻璃增强复合柱的载荷-位移曲线原始测试数据。由于压缩加载是该类复合柱的设计预期受力形式,本次测试仅采用压缩加载方式。此外,本数据集还提供了有限元模型(finite element model),用于测算复合柱发生分层与失效时的内部应力。本次提供的有限元模型支持修改粘接条件,可用于分别确定粘接型与非粘接型复合柱的失效屈曲强度条件。
